RHG is hired by companies nationwide to fill full-time marketing and communications roles. As a search firm, we scout for talented marketing and communications professionals, get to know them first, and reach out to them when a search we're working on is a strong match. We don’t promote our jobs online, and you won’t find our searches being worked on by other recruiting firms. If you're highly sought-after talent, we’ll put you into a small, specialized shortlist, and when something is a match, we’ll pitch it to you. You’re always in the driver's seat, and your job search is 100% confidential. There is no fee to register or be represented by us. Cost for our services is paid for by the companies who hire us to talent search.
