RAEGAN HILL GROUP LLC is a marketing and communications recruiting and executive search firm. Through our recruiting text message program, we exchange conversational, business-related SMS and MMS text messages with individuals who have given us prior express consent to contact them by text.

Recipients include job candidates and marketing professionals we represent, hiring managers and client contacts at employer organizations, referral partners, and existing professional contacts.

Message content includes: • Recruiting opportunities and role information • Interview scheduling, rescheduling, and confirmations • Candidate follow-up and status updates • Hiring updates and feedback • Client and employer communications • Business scheduling and meeting coordination • General recruiting-related conversation and replies to your questions

RAEGAN HILL GROUP LLC does not send mass marketing, promotional, advertising, or bulk text messages. Our messages are one-to-one, conversational, and directly related to recruiting and search work you have asked us to do or expressed interest in.

Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan and any charges. You are solely responsible for any charges from your carrier.

You may cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. We also honor the keywords END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, and REVOKE.

After you send one of these keywords, we will send you a single confirmation message reading substantially as follows:

"RAEGAN HILL GROUP: You have been unsubscribed and will receive no further text messages from us. Reply START to resubscribe. For help, email [email protected] or call (832) 956-0867."

You will not receive any further text messages from us unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by emailing [email protected], by calling (832) 956-0867, or by telling us verbally during a call. Opting out of text messages does not remove you from our candidate or client records and does not affect your candidacy for any role; we will simply contact you by email or phone instead.

To rejoin after opting out, reply START to our number, or contact us and give consent again.

Reply HELP to any text message you receive from us and we will respond with a message reading substantially as follows:

Consent to receive text messages from RAEGAN HILL GROUP LLC is not a condition of applying for a position, of being presented to or considered by any employer, of employment, or of purchasing or receiving any product or service from us. You may decline text messages, or opt out later, and we will continue to work with you by email and phone exactly as before.

Our recruiting messages are supported by major United States mobile carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, UScellular, and their affiliated regional carriers and resellers. Carrier support may change without notice.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. RAEGAN HILL GROUP LLC does not guarantee that any message will be delivered, delivered on time, or delivered without error. Do not rely on text messages for urgent or time-critical matters; call or email us instead. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAEGAN HILL GROUP LLC is not liable for any loss arising from a delayed, undelivered, misdirected, or intercepted message.

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or have the account holder's permission to use, the mobile number you provide. Our recruiting services and text message program are intended only for adults in the workforce.

You agree to notify RAEGAN HILL GROUP LLC promptly if you change or deactivate the mobile number you gave us, so that we do not send messages intended for you to a subsequent holder of that number. You may notify us by replying to any message, by email at [email protected], or by phone at (832) 956-0867. Text messaging requires a compatible mobile device and an active plan with a participating carrier; not all devices or plans support all message types.

Our handling of your personal information, including your mobile number, is described in our Privacy Policy.

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information sharing described in our Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Our text message program is used exclusively for legitimate recruiting and business communications. We do not send, and will not use this program to send, messages relating to cannabis, cannabidiol (CBD), prescription medication, firearms, gambling, high-risk financial services, debt collection, loans, sweepstakes, or any illegal, deceptive, or adult content.

We may modify or terminate this text message program, or update these SMS Terms & Conditions, at any time. When we make a change we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the revised terms on this page. Your continued participation after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
